This is how you calculate net carbs from a nutrition facts panel.
Using the nutrition label, enter the total number of carbs that it shows per serving. Ensure you input the total carbs per serving as opposed to the total per 100g. Then enter the total grams of Sugar Alcohols per serving if there are any. Finally, input the total grams of Fiber per serving. The calculator with then show you the number of net carbs per serving of your chosen food.
