If you have difficulty using a page or document, or completing an application or purchase, email hi@ketoverified.org. You can also use our Contact Us page. Tell us what you need and any format or communication method that would help.

Where possible, include the page address and a short description of the problem. Details about your browser or assistive technology are optional. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or medical information.

The Keto Project reviews accessibility requests. We will work with you to identify an appropriate way to provide information or assistance while the reported issue is reviewed. To follow up on an unresolved request, reply to your original email or email us again with the relevant page and issue.

Current accessibility status

Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA is the target for our planned accessibility review and improvements. A comprehensive evaluation has not yet been completed, and full WCAG conformance has not been verified.

Earlier site updates addressed selected contrast, heading and mobile-layout issues. Those checks did not cover every accessibility requirement.

Documents and third-party features

Our PDFs and features supplied by Shopify or other providers, including forms, payments and embedded content, have not all been evaluated for accessibility. You can report problems with these features and request information in another format or assistance through the contact details above.

Scope and updates

This statement covers ketoverified.org and the documents and services offered through this website. We will revise it as accessibility findings are confirmed and improvements are completed.
